About the opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Campaign Management to lead our in house global campaign management team. The Head of Campaign Management will be leading the team, responsible for our end-to-end process of a wide range of omnichannel marketing campaigns and communication projects: from approach development, creative concept briefing, KPI setting, collaborating with central and local marketing and digital media team on 360 plans to paid media executions and measuring campaign success.

Please, note this is a fixed-term contract role.

In this role, you will:

Job Description
  • Being an inspiring & motivating leader for our campaign management team but also creative studio. It's about working closely with the creative team on telling powerful, significant stories across the entire brand ecosystem, improving all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage our audience while driving brand distinction and business impact. 
  • Having a deep understanding on how to develop impactful 360 integrated omni channel campaigns to boost the N26 brand and products and create communication for the entire N26 brand funnel globally, from awareness to conversion.
  • Having a deep understanding of various media channels and platforms, along with a proven track record of successfully utilizing these channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and results.
  • Together with the rest of the Brand Marketing LT, the role contributes to the overall brand strategic direction, providing leadership for the campaign management team and working closely with the creative & Production team by bringing in the customer and market knowledge and campaign development expertise. 
  • Drive the execution of the longer term Brand strategy with the aim to build a meaningful differentiated Bank brand. 
  • Together with the Brand Marketing LT - define the marketing brand calendar & innovation agenda for the brand.
  • Oversee the development and execution of small, medium and large scale campaigns across all channels. 
  • The role will be accountable for end-to-end development, production and execution of all our campaigns & brand moments.
  • Lead the high performing Campaign Management team. 
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing Management Team, channels and functional teams to prioritize and allocate resources to maximize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and data analytics, to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the VP Brand Marketing, Content & Activation and other marketing leads.

 

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

 

  • You have over 12+ years of experience in managing integrated brand campaigns. Ideally, including experience in working closely with creative and production teams within an (in house) agency
  • Experience with leading & managing and coaching teams 
  • Experience leading departments operationally (vision and KPIs/objectives setting, ideation and implementation process, people management)
  • Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders (Regional leaders, Business leaders, team management, recruitment, Marketing leaders and external partners)
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy & development and brand management fundamentals to co-develop best-in-class integrated campaigns with relevant marketing teams.
  • You possess a deep understanding of marketing principles and have a track record of driving successful creative strategies and operations in a multinational context.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution and a high motivation to take an active role in driving marketing initiatives.
  • Openness to learning and a keen interest in understanding and deepening your knowledge of the creative & banking industry and related technology trends.
  • You approach new topics and challenges independently and proactively and demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International experience and thrive in a multicultural environment.

 

Skills: 

 

  • Strong creative strategy, production and execution skills  
  • Analytical skills & strategic planning.
  • Experienced in leading integrated marketing & campaign processes. 
  • Ability to effectively interact with, and relate to people at all levels of the business 
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Brand tracking, MMM, MTA etc.)
