How will you contribute to PatientPop?

The People Operations Coordinator is a critical role in providing administrative support to the People Operations team.  As a rising leader, this role will manage administrative processing in our HR systems, provide critical support to the team, champion the PatientPop employee experience, and deliver exceptional customer service.  

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests and provide assistance. 
  • Own the HR inbox/ticketing system, redirecting HR inquiries to the appropriate person on the team when necessary. 
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process:
    • Build employee profiles in our HRIS.
    • Manage the background check process.
    • Create and maintain HR files, reports, and documentation. 
    • Complete, verify, and maintain I-9 records. 
    • Coordinate scheduling for NEX, our new employee orientation. 
  • Own off-boarding of employees including: document processing and system termination. 
  • Maintain administrative process for all employee changes within the organization.
  • Liaise with the IT and Payroll teams. 
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, People team events, & maintain the team’s agenda. 
  • Assist the Generalists with performance management procedures, immigration, and benefits (including open enrollment). 
  • Assist office manager with various tasks including preparing for company events and providing front office support when needed.
  • Identify areas of improvement on all things HR and work with the People Team to implement new ideas.

We are looking for a new professional (0-1 years experience) who has a passion to start their career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  You should be a self-starter with a detail-oriented, team-player mindset.  You should have a bias for action with an eye for detail.  You should love people, have a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and company culture, and should have an ownership mentality.  Being tech savvy with an interest in learning new technologies is a must.
