About the role: Looking for a business Development/Key account manager for Enterprise Sales of digital services like Chatbots, Messaging , Voice, USSD, A2P, Apps, Digital services
 
Expectations/ Requirements
 
1.       Market Surveying and penetration of international market to sell Mobile OTT, Soft switch, live chat, SBC, SMSC, SAAS, Cloud Conference, Customized project and so on.
2.       Account management
3.       Team building and team leading
4.       Business, product, competitor analysis
5.       Cold Calling, Email marketing, online meeting, on sight meeting, market visit.
6.       Client Hunting: Telco/ Enterprise level customers, Aggregator ISP, Wholesale carrier, SMS aggregator, Govt. tender etc.
7.       Develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads through digital marketing channels, cold calling, attending foreign telco fairs etc.
8.       Having 4 -7 years of Exp in IT /Digital Telco Sales
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
 
1.       Experience in customer service in face-to-face meeting, web-based meeting, cold calling and phone call
2.       Strong business development capabilities
3.       Documentation: Business proposal, SLA, PPT, NDA product documentation etc.
4.       Preparing multiple reports includes: Daily/weekly/ Monthly/yearly report, funnel report, Projection report, Sales and collection report, Yearly/semi-yearly planning report. Etc.
5.       Experience developing sales and marketing collateral
6.       Team player and team leading capability
7.       Excellent fluency in English, Bengali
8.       Excellent presentation capability for any kind of meeting, ppt presentation or online ppt
9.       Excellent Sales, Business Development and Product Knowledge.
 
Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
