Growth Analytics – Senior Associate - Paytm Travel

About the role:
We are looking for Growth analysts. Growth analysts will be assisting growth managers with their strong data analytics and business acumen skills.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- BI & Dashboarding requirements across LOBs for growth function.
- CP and monetization analysis, including A/B tests evaluation, reporting, etc.
- Travel customer analytics, including PAN-Paytm behavior changes pre-post travel acquisition
- Identification of avenues for automations.
- Data discrepancy identification and correction.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Preferably worked in Internet/E-commerce/Retail/Analytics Consulting space in a Growth/Marketing function
- SQL & Advance Excel
- Regression and Hypothesis testing
- Any visualization tool (preferably Google Data Studio OR Looker)
- Candidate should have a prior experience in analyzing business data, and not just data engineering/dashboarding roles
- 2-5 years of full-time experience required
