About the role: The Influencer Marketing Manager will support various initiatives within the PR department aimed at driving Paytm’s growth. This includes event management, customer acquisition, and social media engagement, as well as contributing to the development and success of the other programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Create and manage influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
Monitor influencer performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
Community Building:
Develop and implement strategies to build and grow communities around our brand
Engage with community members, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive environment.
Organise and manage community events, both online and offline
Analyse community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate influencer and community strategies with
broader marketing efforts
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Utilise SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to enhance community and influencer outreach
Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and community building
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
