Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end travel processes including air, rail, hotel, visa, travel insurance, forex, local transportation, and ground handling for employees and senior leadership.Handle GDS bookings (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) with strong command and expertise in international and domestic ticketing. Ensure 24x7 travel support operations with effective vendor management, emergency response, and issue resolution.Collaborate with visa agents, embassies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely visa and documentation processing.Evaluate and manage travel insurance policies ensuring compliance and coverage as per company policyLead and manage transportation vendors, car rentals, and airport transfers ensuring service SLAs and cost optimization.Drive automation initiatives by implementing and managing travel tools, booking platforms, and expense management systems.Prepare and analyze MIS reports, travel dashboards, and savings reports, share regular updates.Create professional PowerPoint presentations and reports for business reviews and travel policy updates. Design and enforce travel policies and SOPs, ensuring policy adherence and employee satisfaction.Coordinate VIP/CXO travel with utmost confidentiality, accuracy, and high-touch service.Key Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a must.Strong knowledge of visa procedures, insurance, global travel norms, and compliance requirementsHands-on experience with travel automation tools, expense management systems.Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and MIS reporting.Excellent skills in PowerPoint and professional communication for senior stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment with flexibility and responsiveness.Preferred Skills:
Certification in IATA or Travel Management is a plus.Exposure to travel policy design, audit, and savings optimization. Experience in managing global mobility/travel during crisis scenarios (COVID, geo-political issues, etc.).
