THE ROLE 

As the Director, Growth Analytics, reporting into the Senior Director of Data Science, you will lead a team of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts & Data Scientists in defining and measuring the impact of investments in our growth verticals of Digital App, Corporate Wellness, Commercial & International Expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Partner with business heads for the Digital App, Corporate Wellness, Commercial & International business lines to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Manage a growing team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers to flexibly fulfill the needs of the organization while personally developing and growing the capabilities of the team
  • Apply your expertise in data infrastructure and quantitative analysis to automate processes where possible and provide creative solutions to deeper analytical questions
  • Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources inclusive of internal and 3rd party
  • Identify gaps in our data collection and collaborate with product, engineering and business counterparts on data capture specifications
  • Model and forecast acquisition and churn behaviors for the Digital, Corporate Wellness & Commercial business lines including contribution to higher value conversion and interactions with other products and partnerships in the Peloton ecosystem
  • Alongside Digital, Corporate Wellness & Commercial business counterparts, design, execute and measure efficacy of novel and ongoing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 7-10 years work experience in analytics/data science/business intelligence capacity
  • Prior management experience leading a team of data professionals
  • Strong understanding of best practices around digital subscription and engagement KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • High level of proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, Github, Python/R
  • A team player who excels in a collaborative work environment
  • Capable of explaining the most complex models in a succinct and digestible manner
  • Prior experience with Looker, Segment, Redshift, dbt & Airflow a plus 
  • Familiarity with *nix scripting a plus 
  • Experience with HIPAA compliant data handling a plus
