As the BI & Data Analytics Manager you will be responsible for defining and driving Analytics and Data Warehouse architecture and also democratize data working closely with various departments, by building easy to use Analytics. You will be responsible for designing and developing strategies for data quality, architecture, definition and data insight. 

This position will primarily be responsible for creating and maintaining key organizational reports, a single source of truth (via data warehouse), acting as a gatekeeper for data integrity and security, and supporting the organization's growing analytical needs and capabilities. You will be responsible for partnering with business in developing and delivering data-driven solutions for various organization and for customers. You will also develop AI/ML models to solve key business and technical challenges with data-driven innovation. The complexity of this position requires a leadership approach that is engaging, imaginative, and collaborative, with a sophisticated ability to work with other leaders to drive consensus towards common data definition, metrics and priorities.

What You'll Work On

  • Program Leadership and driving the BI & Data Analytics strategy and architecture.
  • Proactively identify business improvement and innovation opportunities through data and analyses.
  • Develop insightful analytics and AI/ML solutions that create value for business to manage their functions.
  • Creating practices and standards on developing and perpetually maintaining business intelligence reporting/visualization (e.g., Dashboards, KPIs)
  • Manage, Mentor and develop onsite and offshore team for development of DWH and Analytics.
  • Set goal accounts, KPIs, and metrics for solution adoption, and recommend ways to adapt as market and customer needs evolve.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
  • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
  • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in a multinational company with demonstrated ability to lead effectively and drive results in a matrixed management operating environment
  • Experience managing a team of SQL DWH developers and Analytics BSAs/Developers along with cross function leaders in the organization.
  • Hands On Experience with SAP S4HANA , Azure DataWarehouse and Tableau
  • Hands-on experience working with complex data using tools like R, SQL, SAS, or Python
  • Good understanding of various Data Models such as Dimensional Data Modeling, Extended Star Schema Modeling, Snowflake Modeling, Physical and Logical Data Modeling.
  • Thorough understanding of EDW architecture / SAP BW’s architecture (ETL and Reporting)
  • Experience in full life cycle implementation of BI / Data Warehousing projects, including Data-Modeling, Data Extraction, Data Loading, and Data Staging & Monitoring.
  • Experience with data visualization and predictive modeling
  • Experience in setting up and conducting training on technology rollout and change management
  • Must possess strong attention-to-detail, strong individual initiative, and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working effectively with little supervision and driving individual projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective inter-personal ability working in cross-functional project teams.
  • Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as high ethical standards.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
  • Working Conditions

  • General office environment. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

  • Starting Base Salary is $152.909/year - $190,000/year.       
  • Individual compensation will vary over time-based on factors such as performance, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
