Provide on-site clinical support during surgical procedures across the Umbria, Marche, Emilia-Romagna, and Veneto regions, ensuring correct product usage and addressing any technical issues during near-daily travel.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through daily interactions and consultative engagement. Assist in procedure planning by analyzing patient-specific needs and recommending appropriate product solutions. Deliver product and therapy training to physicians, nurses, and internal sales teams. Act as a clinical resource in the field, supporting the sales team with product expertise and insights. Monitor product performance and case outcomes and provide structured feedback to internal stakeholders. Support and facilitate educational events such as hospital workshops and PEER meetingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Management) to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. What We’re looking for
Degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, life sciences, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in clinical support, healthcare sales, or medical devices—ideally in endovascular or cardiology procedures. Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and clinical workflows; confident in supporting procedures in the OR or interventional suite. Hands-on, humble, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and a patient-first mindset. Quick to learn, open to feedback, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment. Able to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure; excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals. Advanced in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel across the assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
