We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager – Vascular and Neurovascular Interventions for our distributor markets, based in Hungary, Poland, or Latvia.
In this hybrid role, you will split your time between supporting clinical procedures and driving local marketing activities in distributor-led countries. Partnering with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, you will lead product launches, training, and market development for vascular and neurovascular solutions across 12–15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is action-oriented, dependable, and thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

Clinical Focus – 50 PercentProvide in-field clinical support for neurovascular and peripheral vascular procedures in collaboration with distributor partnersTrain healthcare professionals and distributor teams on product handling, procedural techniques, and clinical use casesSupport case observations, live procedures, and clinical education events across assigned marketsAct as the clinical point of contact for product-related questions, feedback, and technical guidanceContribute clinical insights to internal teams to support continuous product and service improvement
Marketing Focus – 50 PercentPlan and execute localized marketing activities in collaboration with distributor partners and internal regional teamsSupport product launches and campaigns tailored to each market’s maturity and customer needsOrganize and deliver marketing events, workshops, and medical education programs in line with strategic goalsEnsure all marketing materials are adapted to local requirements, compliant with legal and quality standards, and consistent with brand identityMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform tactical marketing execution
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Radiography or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in vascular or neurovascular interventions is essentialInitial experience in marketing, product training, or clinical education is preferredStrong organizational and execution skills – able to manage multiple tasks across clinical and marketing areasAnalytical mindset with high attention to detail; proficient in data interpretation, Excel-based reporting, and preparing impactful PowerPoint presentationsSolution-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environmentExperience working in or with distributor-led healthcare markets is an advantageExcellent communication skills in English; other regional languages are a plusWillingness to travel frequently (approximately 50 %), depending on business prioritiesConfident working independently and in cross-functional, international teams
