We are looking for a Territory Manager – Neurovascular/Peripheral (m/f/d)based in Oslo to drive sales growth in Norway, by managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in specialized medical fields. You will play a key role in product support, customer relationship management, and market analysis to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts in both neurovascular and peripheral vascular fields. Conduct regular customer visits, provide product demos, training, and case support to ensure effective product usage. Implement territory strategies, prioritize key accounts, and manage CRM tools to track performance. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product initiatives. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions to drive product adoption. Ensure product availability and timely delivery through effective stock management. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Participate in industry events to stay informed on trends and network with stakeholders. What We’re looking for:
Completed training or degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration Ideally, you will have several years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, with a strong track record of closing deals—particularly in neurovascular, peripheral, or cardiology fields. We also welcome candidates with a solid background in surgical specialties such as neurosurgery, orthopedics, spine, or cardiac surgery. Strong understanding of the clinical environment Enthusiastic, persuasive, and willing to negotiate, with excellent communication and presentation skills High willingness to learn, flexibility, and commitment Independent work style with a hands-on mentality and reliability Proficient in English, both written and spoken Willingness to travel extensively As we require fluent English skills and the process will involve English speaking colleagues, we are looking forward to receiving your CV in English.
