We are hiring for an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to join Engineering at Pinterest. As an ABP you will support our VP of Platforms Engineering and act as site lead ABP for our new Zurich location.
What you'll do:
- Complex calendar management: Updating meeting calendars to reflect business priorities, aligning with executive on schedules, proactively scheduling complex/large meetings, working with external and internal stakeholders regularly.
- Support executive in preparation of team meetings, including preparation of meeting content, presentation design, capture action items and circulate meeting notes.
- Support executive in preparation for events, including researching event location, logistics management, and preparing event content.
- Coordinate team morale activities and manage executive’s employee recognition budget.
- Support in coordinating with business facing XFN partners such as HR, Recruiting and Finance.
- Manage complex international travel end-to-end, including travel arrangements, agenda creation and expense reports.
- Provide in person support for offsite events, all-hands meetings, or specific working sessions.
- Act as on-the-ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/IT teams.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of administrative experience, including 2+ years supporting VP and Director level executives within the tech industry.
- Solid track record of handling confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Proactive and self-directed, capable of taking ownership of tasks, even in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding organizational skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Workday, Expensify, and Navan.
- A team player with the capability to see tasks through from start to finish while collaborating with all potential stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administrative or equivalent experience.
