We’re looking for an Agency Commercial Lead to help grow Pinterest’s agency business in Latam. The successful candidate will join our Agency and Ads Partners team. The successful candidate will join our Agency and Ads Partners team. They will work with a team of world class and passionate people to shape an agency commercial partnership framework that creates measurable value for agencies, advertisers, Pinners and Pinterest.  You will be responsible for internal analysis, strategy, go-to-market planning and the delivery and monitoring of commercial agency partnerships. This will involve you working with agencies and internal cross-functional teams to translate the vision into a reality. The successful candidate will also work with country and regional sales leaders to understand and support local strategic priorities.

 

What You'll do:

  • Drive revenue growth and new business with global agency holding companies through all designed commercial deals framework
  • Partner with Pinterest Agency Leads to negotiate, manage and track commercial deals in each of Pinterest’s key rest of world markets (BR, MX, AU, JP)
  • Drive alignment with globally-managed programs and partner with Global Agency leads to unlock new business opportunities in local markets  
  • Build relationships at the C-level and C minus 1 in core areas of investment and trading to help enrich deals programs and stay connected at the global level to help unblock revenue challenges and understand overall business impact 
  • Build close cross-functional relationships, remove friction and create operational efficiencies that allow commercial deals to scale while aligning with Pinterest’s strategic goals. example teams: Revenue, Sales Finance, Sales Enablement and Sales Strategy and Operations  
  • Track and analyze key quantitative metrics and business trends to ensure healthy deal growth and pacing
  • Understand industry landscape as it relates to commercial deals frameworks to ensure competitive advantage and unique differentiation is embedded into deals to drive revenue growth
  • You will need to demonstrate adaptability and problem solving to ensure the right elements are included into commercial frameworks, educate cross functional partners on agency deal elements and solve for tracking benefits and value across teams.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Sao Paulo office.
