We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Agency Team Project Manager to join our growing Global Agency Team for a 12 month fixed term contract! This role is an exciting opportunity to support the team’s project management needs for high-impact projects and initiatives focused on our key Holding Company and Independent agency partners. This person should have a strong eye for detail, have top notch organizational skills, the ability to pick up tools quickly, and be able to take direction and run with it. This person will support key global agency projects, meetings and events.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Project manage and ensure successful execution for cross global agency business efforts
  • Partner with XFN counterparts across global business, GSS, and marketing on project managing items involving agency program launch & agency communications    
  • Manage milestones and deliverables across key stakeholders involved in agency programs
  • Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel and/or scale the project’s effectiveness
  • Provide agency program performance feedback to enable efficient XFN operations, and iterate on the project effectively, rapidly and at scale for global agencies

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of work relevant experience
  • Experience with project management initiating work streams, developing project plans, and collaborating across organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Comms, Business or Marketing, OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience synthesizing complex programs for sr. leaders
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, excel in XFN collaboration
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agency and global experience a plus

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1 -2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices London.
