The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, copywriting, project management, cross-functional team leadership, event planning and creative oversight. Most importantly, we are business marketers, able to capture hearts and minds with engaging, inspirational work that drives business impact. Expect to roll up your sleeves, grow quickly, pivot often and learn a lot.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of our marketing strategy and ongoing consultation with our global sales partners to expand and drive growth in global markets. This role requires strong B2B marketing background, project management expertise and a proven ability to influence and manage partners towards a common goal. You will partner closely with Business Marketing leadership, cross-functional partners and our global sales partners to drive awareness and understanding of Pinterest business, supporting our revenue goals. This role supports our global sales partners in the APAC region.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Build a new marketing and consultation strategy to support our global sales partners, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors
  • Develop scalable programs, content, resources and processes to enable our global sales partners to achieve business goals through a variety of marketing channels, including email, events, content marketing and more
  • Develop systems to provide scalable, ongoing consultation and direction to our global sales partners on the proposed marketing strategy and programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years experience in integrated marketing 
  • Strong comfort level with B2B marketing
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills to influence internal and external partners 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus)
  • Basic analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration once per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Singapore office.
