We are looking for our first Lead Industry Manager in our Singapore-based Global Sales Partner Team. This person will oversee an explosive growth opportunity in new APAC markets through the partnership of an exclusive Sales Partner in the region. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of Global Sales Partners and Export.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the partnership with a regional Sales Partner to deliver against quarterly revenue targets for APAC & LATAM markets.
  • Liaise and serve as the key point of a Strategic Sales Partner; develop, maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders of Pinterest’s sales partners.
  • Plan and participate in local Pinterest marketing events and present on behalf of Pinterest’s business. 
  • Help the sales partner develop best-in-class sales teams and programs to grow Pinterest’s business with Enterprise level advertisers and agencies in the region.
  • Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate at scale.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, sales leadership or media agency experience.
  • Well-acquainted with the Sales Partner (Reseller) advertising model in Southeast Asia markets. (Experience with South Korea is a plus)
  • A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals in Enterprise level Advertiser segments.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
  • Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with Agencies/Resellers is a plus.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
  • Comfortable with 30% of travel time.
  • Fluency in Korean is a plus
  • BA/BS degree.
