We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead and manage key merchant and publisher partnerships in Mexico City. This individual will drive the growth of top content suppliers by leveraging market insights and implementing partnership strategies that align with Pinterest's priorities.
The role requires engaging with senior-level external partners, supporting product and go-to-market strategies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships both within and outside of Pinterest.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with merchants and publishers in Mexico and Spanish speaking Americas
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that activate and retain top merchants and publishers, aligning with Pinterest's strategic goals
- Communicate effectively to shape partner strategies, manage cross-functional dependencies, and align internal strategies to maximize partner impact
- Utilize market research and industry insights to drive informed partnership strategies and become a thought leader to influence strategic outcomes both internally and externally
- Influence product adoption with key partners by executing tailored go-to-market strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in strategic partner management or a related role, with a focus on content partnerships.
- Experience in managing high-level partnerships in the digital content industry.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, rebounding from uncertainties with resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA PREFERRED, or equivalent experience.

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the following office: Mexico City.
