ProGlove wants to further expand globally and is looking for talented sales minds to set up our business in these regions.

You'll be part of the expansion team and be an important character in our global growth towards building new business. In your role you are responsible for setting up a sustained sales infrastructure in different global markets (mainly in the APAC area). Take the opportunity to engage with potential partners, participate at pitching events to attract end customer and act as an interface towards other internal departments to shape our sales processes towards each markets needs. This will provide you a high level of communication with internal/ external stakeholders and grant you access to many different working fields.

We see the global expansion as crucial for the companies success and it is therefore driven by one of our founders.

Your responsibilities include… 

  • In partnership with the sales team and account managers, you formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
    • Proactively screen and recruit new qualifying partners and customers
    • Enable partners to understand and sell our solutions and products​: Training & onboarding - they are an integral part of your work and we would like for you to love and know our product as good as possible
    • Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners​
    • You work hand in hand with our marketing-/, legal-/ and product team to shape ProGlove’s Go-To-Market approach and processes that scale
      • Customise ProGlove’s sales infrastructure for the new regions by adapting our marketing mix
      • Analyze market demand in terms of new features and functionality and transfer those to the product team
      • Work closely together with our legal department to meet the market requirements
    • You lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
    • You act as a knowledge holder for the new global markets

    You are a great fit if …

      • You have a Bachelors degree with a business or strategy focus or an equivalent background
      • You preferably already have a start-up background or similar growth experience
      • You feel comfortable with hyper growth and frequent role changes
      • You have prior knowledge of the enterprise software or hardware market, or interest in the topic, and the ability to learn quickly​
      • You are a natural "people person" able to quickly build relationships, either in-person or online with strong organizational skills
      • Your strong hunter mentality helps you drive growth within the partner and customer community​
      • You are business fluent in English, fluency in other languages and German is a plus
