The role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work side by side with Head of People and Culture to drive meaningful improvements in the lives of our Prosparians. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals fostering an accountable, high performance and values driven culture.  

This role is about listening to and acting on feedback to create progressive, inclusive solutions that support growth, engagement, and a high-performing environment. You'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, experiment with new approaches, and play a key role in driving our employee experience forward.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, covering org design, workforce planning, culture, succession, and career development.
  • Build trusted relationships and coach leaders to support their success and engagement at Prospa.
  • Role model Prospa’s values and coach leaders to embed them in their teams.
  • Leverage people data to inform decisions and provide strategic advice to leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Remuneration Manager on benchmarking, salary reviews, and the annual remuneration cycle to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Lead the annual Performance and Growth cycle, including reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Provide advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Drive engagement initiatives by analysing survey data and partnering with leaders on action plans.
  • Support leaders through performance and development cycles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant people systems and records to support operations and informed decisions.
  • Guide leaders and teams through change, ensuring smooth and supported transitions.
  • Champion wellbeing and ensure effective implementation of health and safety initiatives.
  • Represent and advocate for the People & Culture team across the business, embedding our work at all levels. 

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with a growth mindset.
  • Experience as a business partner, ideally in dynamic settings.
  • Skilled in building relationships, influencing, and coaching leaders to drive performance and engagement.
  • Confident using people data to inform decisions and provide actionable insights.
  • Experienced in employee relations and performance management.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and compliance with local laws.
  • Exposure to org design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
