The role
Ready to shape the way we hire at Prospa? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take the lead on how we find and bring great people into the business. What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and support them to make great hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and attract top talent, both externally and within Prospa.
- Coach leaders on how to run structured, inclusive interviews and make confident decisions.
- Work with leaders to plan ahead and keep talent pipelines full for what’s next.
- Boost our employer brand – help tell Prospa’s story and keep us top of mind for great candidates.
- Spot what’s working (and what’s not) – then scale it, simplify it, and make it better.
- Use data and insights to guide smarter, faster hiring.
- Make sure new hires hit the ground running with a smooth onboarding experience.
- Be a champion for Prospa’s values and culture in everything you do.
- Lead the charge on inclusive hiring – continuing to build a diverse, welcoming workplace.
- Always look for new, smarter ways to grow our talent and scale up what we do.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in-house.
- Confidently recruit at pace across diverse roles and levels, adapting swiftly to business needs.
- Partner effectively with leaders, knowing when to challenge and influence decisions.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical thinker who uses data to enhance hiring decisions.
- Proactive and independent, always taking initiative.
- Growth mindset, constantly seeking to elevate TA and personal impact.
