The Mission (It's Big)
Lead our SME Payments & Apps tribe to unlock $5M monthly transaction volume by June 2026. You'll command a cross-functional squad of builders, thinkers, and doers—transforming how Australian SMEs manage cashflow through payments & receivables that actually work. This isn't just growth. What you'll need to succeed
The Foundation
- 10+ years leading fintech/startup teams through hypergrowth
- Deep SME cashflow expertise—you understand their pain, obsess over their success
- Proven track record scaling cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
The Skills
- Agile mastery with hands-on delivery experience
- Analytics wizard (Amplitude, PowerBI)—you speak fluent data and know how to manage your funnels
- Strategic communicator who rallies teams around impossible-seeming goals
