The Team

We have the critical task of ensuring that our warehouse always has our customers' favorite products available when they want them. We're also responsible for making key purchasing decisions, at the right time and cost, while ensuring all necessary information is accessible.

You

You have a degree in Management, International Relations, or a related field. Previous experience in administrative tasks, purchasing processes, or logistics is valued but not mandatory.
In this role, you will support the purchasing team by assisting with order requirements, preparing and checking documentation. You will also help with basic supplier communication and internal coordination.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn more about purchasing and logistics processes.

Your Superpowers

• Detail- and results-oriented;
• Persistence;
• Methodical and organized;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) other languages is a plus;
  
• Emphatic and communicative person.
