SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Develop and manage integrated multi-channel marketing programs to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
  • Execute marketing programs, including webinars, emails, and customer outreach. 
  • Own and optimize the email marketing conversion funnel through Marketo.
  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing programs performance, applying insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness.
  • Manage and grow the community by fostering engagement, creating compelling content, and facilitating discussions that strengthen relationships with partners, customers, and key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing and multi-touch marketing strategies to drive conversion.
  • Expertise in email marketing strategy, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and automation.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
  • Solid experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketo to execute integrated demand generation campaigns including measurement of campaign effectiveness. 
  • Proven experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs. 
  • Track record of marketing results with a strong creative and analytical mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. 

There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:
$149,000$224,000 USD
