We’re seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to help shape how our teams adopt new systems and processes across Pure Storage. As part of the Digital Transformation Group (DTG), you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling people-centered change on high-impact, global initiatives. This is a highly visible, collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead change management for programs that support a global digital commerce transformation, aligning stakeholders and enabling adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Develop and deliver change strategies grounded in Pure's OCM framework, tailored to the size and complexity of each initiative
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to shape effective communications, training, and engagement
- Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional partners (e.g. L&D, Communications, Enablement) to build integrated change and enablement plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to project managers, business leaders, and sponsors, helping them lead through change
- Design clear, compelling communications that drive awareness, support, and behavior change
- Track adoption, feedback, and readiness metrics; adjust your approach to drive better outcomes

This Role Might Be for You If You Have:
- 5–10 years of experience in organizational change management or a related field
- A strong understanding of change frameworks like Prosci, Kotter, or similar
- Experience supporting digital transformation in large, complex, or global organizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to flex your approach based on audience, delivery method, and project phase
- A proactive mindset, business acumen, and strong ownership from strategy through sustainment
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Clara, CA. We believe in the value of face-to-face collaboration to build trust, momentum, and culture.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
