SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
We are looking for a Returns Specialist to manage the Pick-Up Request (PUR) process and ensure smooth execution of customer returns. This role requires strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and CRM platforms (SFDC) to track and coordinate returns efficiently. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of return logistics and order management processes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
- Manage the Pick-Up Request (PUR) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of customer return requests.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, customers, and internal teams to schedule and track return shipments.
- Manage return packaging stock and shipments.
- Process return orders in SAP, NetSuite, and SFDC to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Monitor and update return statuses, ensuring alignment between ERP, CRM, and contract manufacturer (CM) operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to return requests, including incorrect shipments, missing parts, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain positive and professional communications, both internally and externally, to resolve return related issues.
- Foster a cooperative partnership with Sales, Sales Operations, Logistics and all dependent departments to support timely and accurate processing of returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding return handling.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance return cycle time and accuracy.
- Generate and analyze reports on return trends, root causes, and operational performance.
- Manage Inventory accuracy across the systems of record.
- Maintain communication with 3rd party vendors and freight carriers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 2+ years order administration, reverse logistics or sales operations or related business experience.
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics and customer return processes.
- Experience working with SAP, NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working in Excel, G-Suit (Google Sheet, Docs, Slides) , & Tableau
- Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company.
- Adept at learning new technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Motivated to work with a global team as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IT hardware or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of return compliance and international shipping regulations.
