This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
As the Senior Engineering Manager for our Production Engineering team you’ll lead a group dedicated to ensuring the highest reliability of Pure’s newest product offering. Your mission will be to manage and improve the systems and processes that monitor and respond to fleet reliability issues—whether through reactive, proactive, or predictive measures. You’ll own the coordination of responses to critical issues, ensuring reliability through monitoring systems that detect, address, and prevent failures across all deployed systems.
Your team will be at the forefront of analyzing and solving the toughest production challenges, using forensic investigation techniques to identify critical software failures. The insights from these investigations will drive significant improvements, from fixing bugs and influencing new features to developing automation and monitoring tools that prevent future failures.
You will actively participate in designing tests, developing and maintaining test sets and strategies, and collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve comprehensive test coverage. In addition, you will drive the quality and reliability of our software products by being the final quality gate and be truly responsible for customer experience.
This role is highly collaborative, interacting with cross-functional teams—including hardware, software, support, and sales—and directly engaging with customers to resolve complex issues that impact their environments.
