The Junior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the operational infrastructure of the GTM team. This position will focus on data analysis, process improvement, and tool optimization to enable efficient execution and alignment across the GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, SDR, Channel, Enablement, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $22.86/hr. - $26.42/hr., depending on experience
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What You’ll Do:
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Pull and data for various GTM initiatives and needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue attainment.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across GTM systems and tools.
- Track GTM initiative performance against objectives, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Operational Process Improvement
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational workflows.
- Document and optimize existing processes, creating templates to drive consistency.
- Support system integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
Tool Management and Optimization
- Assist in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining tools that enhance GTM team effectiveness, such as CRM platforms, data visualization tools and project management software.
- Monitor tool usage and adoption, providing training and support as needed to maximize ROI.
What You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2+ years of experience in analytics, operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related analytical roles.
- Strong skills in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Redash, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data across relational databases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and experience with data hygiene and governance practices is a plus.
- Experience working in faith-based or SaaS industries is preferred, but not required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
