We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our platform product marketing team. This role is essential for driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for AI-powered solutions, including our newly announced Qualtrics Experience Agents. You will bridge product, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches that drive product adoption and revenue growth. As our AI capabilities expand, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative and positioning in the market, allowing us to effectively communicate the transformative impact of our solutions on customer experiences.

  • Drive the positioning and vision for the XM Category by crafting and maintaining a cohesive AI product story.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs in AI-driven solutions.
  • Validate product value propositions for Experience Agents and prioritize use case solutions based on customer input.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered solution launches, ensuring strong messaging with clear value differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance awareness and adoption of AI offerings.
  • Create compelling sales and marketing materials to empower field teams.
  • Develop impactful content and thought leadership (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to educate our target audience.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate complex features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Drive AI ethics and responsible AI messaging to ensure transparency and trust in our solutions.
What We’re Looking for on Your Resume
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts.
  • Proven experience supporting pipeline growth and developing enablement programs, especially in AI solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with product teams for seamless execution.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
