Senior Project Specialist
- Effective project management and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of research reports
- Expertise in managing research projects and meeting client expectations will be crucial to your success
- Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM to support the EMEA Region
- Efficiently manage multiple research projects, from inception to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Oversee the execution and quality control of research studies
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders
- Proactively identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement suitable mitigation strategies
- Continuously monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the research services industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software
- Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- A drive for continuous improvement and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Proficiency in English (written & oral)
