What’s the role about?

We are looking for a Digital Trading Executive to join our E-Commerce team to collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams, including colleagues at Next. You will be responsible for ensuring items go live fully optimised, to enhance onsite customer journey to drive demand for Reiss. This role will be executing initial product set up and resolving any data issues with items that are not live on the system, to ensure the smooth flow of product going live.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Who you are

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to encourage alignment across multiple teams.
  • High attention to detail, always looking to find solutions and problem solve.
  • Work confidently in a team and individually, able to work on your own initiative.
  • Well organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and possess strong time management skills.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Understand the customer journey on the website and continuously seek ways to present products in the most effective way, aiming to convert visitors into sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to test and learn customer preferences, providing recommendations that prioritize customer needs to drive sales both in the UK and internationally.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between Reiss and the Next team, supporting day-to-day operations of Reiss on Next Total Platform.
  • Review incoming deliveries for data issues, resolving any discrepancies before delivery, and ensuring that deadlines are met from product team buys to live implementation.
  • Own and manage the master attribute file, overseeing the end-to-end process of getting products live across all teams and systems, troubleshooting issues at every stage.
  • Ensure accuracy in product titles, descriptions, colourway groupings, match backs, and other relevant attributes, while identifying opportunities for process improvements both internally and externally.
