  • Collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Travel and Expense and FP&A teams to understand pain points and drive continuous improvements.
  • Evaluate and manage outsourced Application Managed Services (AMS) partnerships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

  • Support change management efforts to drive system adoption and process standardization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field — or equivalent experience blending finance domain knowledge with technology delivery.
  • 8 or more years of experience as a people manager building and leading teams in an Engineering Manager role or similar.
  • 12 or more years of experience in finance system implementation and administration, including software selection, global rollouts, system decommissioning, and support of finance functions such as Coupa, Concur, and OneStream.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations, data flows, and finance system security best practices.
  • Experience managing AMS (Application Managed Services) providers and external consulting engagements.
  • Experience driving change in fast-paced environments and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with upstream/downstream finance systems (e.g., Coupa, Concur, OneStream), including understanding of data models, APIs, and key process integrations.
  • Experience leading process optimization and automation initiatives (e.g., RPA, AI-driven finance tech).
  • Experience with agile principles, software development and testing methodologies (waterfall,  Scrum, rapid prototyping, XP, DevOps etc).
  • Experience in regulated industries, including data governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Experience with integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
