We're looking for a Community Marketing Manager to join our Social Marketing team. You are a creative, analytical, and driven person who is passionate about Roblox and understands how to build community.

As a Community Marketing Manager at Roblox, you will foster and grow our community on multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Your main focus will be to engage and build relationships with our community through content and strategic engagement while increasing brand awareness and loyalty.

Role is based in San Mateo, CA #LI-Hybrid

You will:

  • Develop social media marketing strategies to grow and engage our community on multiple platforms
  • Manage a content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of content is published on social media (includes project management, content oversight, and copywriting)
  • Monitor important metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our social media content and campaigns
  • Thoughtful engagement with our community including responding to comments on social media in addressing any concerns and escalating issues
  • Build relationships with key influencers and content creators in the Roblox community, working with them to create branded content
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the Roblox community, and incorporate them into our social media strategy
  • Report to Social Marketing Lead

You have:

  • 5+ years working in social media marketing and content development with experience in community management for a brand account in the tech or gaming industries
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with social media analytics & engagement tools
  • Experience with Roblox and its community, including knowledge of the platform's features, experiences, and unique culture
  • Plugged into culture and social media, can identify and analyze trends
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$146,000$183,910 USD
