As Senior Product Manager, People Operations & Systems, you are defining internal products to help Roblox scale. Roblox has identified these internal tools as critical to our ongoing success. Partnering with a dedicated team of Engineering, UX, Program Management and Product Management, you will define new products in a 0 to 1 fashion, iterate quickly and improve. Combining internal tools and third-party applications for People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Budgeting, Roadmapping, Business Analytics, and more, we envision an integrated platform that streamlines processes while providing employees and leaders with information they need to drive the business. We call this the Roblox Operating System.

You will report to Head of Product, Roblox Internal Core Tools.

You will:

  • Own and lead the vision for a strategic area with a suite of products used by everyone at Roblox
  • Define new systems to automate important business processes. Much of this is Zero-to-One, i.e. building the first product from scratch
  • Work with UX, Engineering, Program Management and business stakeholders
  • Work with executive leadership to identify their priorities and understand company-wide product impact
  • Lead a team of engineering, program management and User Experience (UX)

You have:

  • 5+ years Product Management experience
  • Experience managing complete product life cycle from beginning through launch and iterations
  • Consensus driving experience
  • Ability to dive deep but also think through strategic vision
  • Understand all of the workflows and create systematic solutions
  • Ability to move and execute quickly
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Excitement about internal tools and process improvement for Roblox employees
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$252,000$318,090 USD
