About the role:

We are a publicly traded company based in San Mateo, California and we are seeking an experienced Treasury Director to join our finance team. This role will report into the Finance leadership and will be responsible for managing the cash management activities for various subsidiaries, as well as owning the cash flow forecasting process.

This role is based in San Mateo, CA. 

You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day cash management activities for various subsidiaries including daily cash position monitoring and investment of excess cash.
  • Coordinate all intercompany cash movements, working closely with Legal, Tax, and Accounting to optimize cash balances.
  • Maintain operational banking relationships and oversee implementation of improvement strategies.
  • Own the cash flow forecasting process and develop accurate and timely cash flow projections on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable team to manage cash disbursements and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Assist with bank account management, including opening and closing accounts, and updating signatories.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's cash balances and develop strategies to optimize the company's cash position while minimizing risk.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate interest rate and foreign currency exposure.
  • Identify and support implementation of working capital initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all SOX controls and regulatory requirements, including FBAR.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
  • Assist with annual corporate insurance renewal process.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant Treasury experience, public company experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cash forecasting and management.
  • Knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions)

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$233,430$274,080 USD
