About Team & About Role:

The Rubrik Accounting team is looking for an Accountant for Accounts Payable team. This person will be responsible for Processing AP invoices, Travel and Expense processing and handling inquires as primary responsibility. This position will be working out of our Bangalore, India office and will report to the Manager Accounts Payable, located in our U.S. headquarters.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for ensuring all activities that comes through the team is actioned as per assigned SLA’s
  • Complete processing of all AP transactions covering U.S. & Canada regions
  • Perform rigorous follow up for exception resolution and ensure low exception rate
  • Travel & Expenditure review and timely approval in accordance with company’s travel policy
  • Highlight deviation and discuss suitable course of action
  • Experience in handling vendor payment
  • Identify process improvements through automation
  • Responsible for any month end activities assigned related to AP and ensure timely completion
  • Provide information for preparation of internal reports and ad-hoc reports
  • Preferred experience in Global vendor set up

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in P2P
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite (Oracle), Coupa & Expense tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
