Rubrik is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Data Operations Lead based in our Bangalore India office to elevate our data management processes and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead a team of 2-3 Data Operations Analysts to ensure effective data management and maintenance in Rubrik’s CRM.
- Guide and mentor team members, providing support and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of objectives.
Data Maintenance and Quality:
- Oversee the data entry processes to ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM Account records.
- Utilize data enrichment tools like D&B Hoovers and ZoomInfo to validate Account records.
- Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, and update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM.
- Manage the queue of data change requests and ensure adherence to SLA guidelines.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies and take corrective action.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and IT) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas not aligned with data governance policies.
- Conduct monthly Data Operations status meetings with key cross functional stakeholders.
- Proactively seek feedback from internal stakeholders to improve data quality processes and outputs.
Data Governance and Improvement:
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues. Recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative data management solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive records of data maintenance activities and quality audits.
- Prepare regular reports on data quality and operational efficiency for senior management review.
- Ensure all processes and changes are well-documented and easily accessible for audit and training purposes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and data management/operations.
- 3+ years of proven people manager experience is required (small teams of 2-5 Analysts)
- Proven experience in data governance principles and data quality frameworks and tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRMFusion DemandTools is a plus.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
