About The Team:
The Product Management team at Rubrik drives Rubrik’s vision forward, ensuring we continue to secure the world’s data by delivering on our market-leading platform to address our customers’ most challenging data management & security needs. Our Product Managers are responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams towards the goal of shipping high-quality products on time. We wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.
About the Role:
Rubrik is looking for a Product Lead, reporting to the CPO, for our new product, code name Annapurna, which focuses on unlocking the potential Generative AI within large enterprises. Rubrik’s strategy is to accelerate usage of Generative AI through access to data and creating an AI data trust layer that overcomes many of the hurdles that stop organizations from realizing the potential of Generative AI for massive productivity gains. This is a very early stage, super high visibility product within Rubrik with potential to drive the next S-curve of growth for Rubrik.
Responsibilities:
-Develop a strong understanding of Rubrik’s existing portfolio, technology and strengths to inform the strategy for our new Generative AI offering
-Work deeply with our engineering team to quickly prototype offerings using a disciplined approach
-Develop strong design partners externally within the Rubrik customer base to co-develop this product
-Develop and quickly test hypotheses on the product to find product market fit quickly
