What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a marketer with real, hands-on experience — someone who has built a solid foundation and gained meaningful depth in a similar B2B role. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be confident in areas like B2B copywriting, digital campaign execution, content and brand management, and audience research. You’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t), and you’re ready to apply that knowledge to produce high-quality work with creativity, clarity, and ownership.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with close attention to detail

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Strong research skills and an analytical mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive them to completion

Bonus Points

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or education technology

  • Familiarity with the K–12 education market and personas

  • Comfort with AI tools for content creation or workflow automation
