Responsibilities:

  • Supporting CS Operations Manager with:
    • Reporting in Excel & CRM
    • Data Analysis & functional spreadsheet building (incl. Data Cleaning & Wrangling)
    • Administrative tasks related to maintaining and ensuring data quality & information accuracy related to customers as well as the Customer Success team (Sherpany Wiki, Slides, CRM, etc.)
    • Identifying and realising automation potential
    • Building up a self-education system for reporting in Salesforce
    • Manage and execute the cloud file system migration project of our department data
    • Supporting CS Marketing team with:
    • Reporting duties from our email campaign tool
    • Administrative and coordinative tasks relevant for preparing Marketing campaigns and materials
  • Supporting VP Customer Success with:
    • Planning of events, meetings
    • Logistics around recruiting activities
    • Support the OKR Process within the team

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline or other demonstration of quantitative education
  • Very good excel skills incl. advanced formula writing
  • Knowledge of database structures
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An inquisitive person who is eager to learn
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to haves: 
    • Coding skills in SQL and/or Python
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Time-Frame (during the 3-6 months with us)

Part 1

  • Contract review - CRM sync
  • Automate certain reporting tasks for CS Company Performance
  • Taken over certain reporting duties from CS Marketing

Part 2

  • Own reporting of Pricing & Packaging progress
  • Understand database structures of our CRM
  • Deliver 1st series of instructional videos for Reports & Dashboards in SF

Part 3

  • Data Quality Check completed in SF with identification for update needs
  • Analysis of needs for information updates in Wiki and Google Slides as well as first improvements implemented
  • Independently handling administrative tasks for preparing Marketing campaigns
