Responsibilities:

• You support the recruitment process end-to-end (draft job descriptions, post on suitable sourcing channels, review applications and get involved in active search)and research of new organizational models

• You are a key contact to our candidates and guide them through the entire process to represent our unique culture

• You support to monitor necessary processes & tools to ensure an efficient Recruitment experience

• Constantly optimizing and improving our employer branding together with our Team.

Profile:

• Currently, enrolled as a full time student in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources, Psychology and/or relevant fields

• First professional work experience in Recruiting 

• You enjoy participating in the entire recruitment process and shaping an amazing candidate experience

• You have a good sense of humor, you are able to inspire and motivate team

• Furthermore, you approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented way

• You are an open-minded person, who is eager to learn and try out new things

• Solid knowledge of the start-up scene and enthusiasm for the latest tech trends

• You are an energetic and an excellent team player with solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills

• Fluent in German and English

• Time for at least six months
