What You’ll Bring

• ✔ Massachusetts Licensed Esthetician

• ✔ Certified and experienced in laser treatments (Lumenis experience preferred)

• ✔ 4+ years of hands-on esthetics or medical aesthetics experience (preferred)

• ✔ Ability to lead, mentor, and train team members to deliver exceptional client experiences

• ✔ Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skincare treatments

• ✔ Passion for client education and delivering personalized care

• ✔ Experience in beauty, skincare, or medical aesthetics sales

• ✔ Strong attention to safety, sanitation, and compliance

• ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

• ✔ Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth
