Our GTM Business Ops and Programs team is actively seeking an Annual GTM Planning Business Ops Manager to join our growing team. Our GTM Business Ops and Programs team is a part of the Sales Strategy & Ops organization and is responsible for accelerating the growth of the business by evaluating, planning and executing strategic GTM initiatives across the company. The team is building the new capabilities needed to streamline and accelerate our annual GTM planning processes that define functional operating plans. We are looking for a leader with sales, and operational experience and a clear track record of driving business growth, who will join a small team of talented builders who lay the foundation for operations at scale.

AS AN Annual GTM Planning Business Ops Manager, YOU WILL:

  • Report to a Director on the GTM Business Ops & Programs team, covering program management of annual GTM planning spanning across product roadmap, market expansion, sales capacity plan, GTM architecture, quota assignment and compensation
  • Be responsible for designing and delivering the execution of annual GTM planning, in close partnership with Sales, Sales Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Strategy & Ops teams
  • Serve as an advocate challenger in developing project plans, and requirements to determine resourcing, data requirements, system and process impacts, timelines to successfully execute against the objectives of the program
  • Manage day to day execution of annual GTM planning initiatives, including the following:
    • Develop a playbook for repeatable cross-functional execution
    • Drive decision making for critical components of the sales planning processes
    • Structure and manage project plan against committed milestones and dependencies
    • Facilitate cross-functional working team meetings
    • Proactively identify the need for stakeholder involvement, identify and resolve roadblocks and risks
  • Facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners
  • Define our internal communications strategies, including crisp executive-level communications
  • Manage execution for other cross-functional GTM initiatives as bandwidth allows

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with a core focus in enterprise sales operational and program management experience in high-growth software, platform and/or IaaS environments is highly preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, revenue facing projects
  • An ability to self-start and operate independently once scope and expectations are clearly defined
  • A track record of efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration, preferably within an agile and/or matrix environment, with strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Experience with database and proficiency in data analytic languages like SQL
  • Experience with CRM and sales planning tools like Salesforce, Anaplan
  • Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, professional services
  • Ability to balance time and effort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needs with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong academic record required; Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
  • An adaptive communication style, equally comfortable pitching senior executives and rolling up your sleeves and digging into DATA
