ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a self-starter who loves to be in the middle of things. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between Global Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will develop internal communications plans to support key projects, own the newsletter, and support leaders with their internal comms strategies.

You will need a passion for making others as clear, credible, and confident as they can be. Brevity is your default. You need to be flexible, problem-solve, and build relationships. You love building a narrative. Ideally, you have a sense of humor, too.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:

  • Develop and execute a variety of internal communications programs including asset management and content strategies, employee all hands/town halls, manager meetings, and other relevant department/geographic communications
  • Support all aspects of the Global Sales Enablement team’s strategy
  • Be the Editorial Director of the Sales newsletter
  • Identify and deploy communication around guiding principles, strategic pillars, values
  • Engage and guide leaders with key communications rollouts
  • Enable managers to communicate effectively with their teams
  • Develop comms strategies for events and work closely with key stakeholders to implement
  • Produce regular analysis reports to identify key insights and recommend actions
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to elevate the Enablement brand across the Sales org
  • Project management for video development, campaigns, other corporate projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years experience working with various tools such as Seismic, Lessonly, Salesforce, Zoom, Workday, and Gong, and G Suite
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with data storage and querying is a big plus
  • An unmatched ability to write for the spoken word,  and a propensity for brevity
  • An ability to present your ideas quickly and concisely in meetings
  • Proven track record of establishing strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience with supporting a fast-paced sales organization

This role will work out of our San Mateo office 3 days per week.
