As a Senior HR Generalist for our G&A functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Workplace Services), you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and tactical support for the Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams.  This role will be key in the execution of full-cycle performance management, data analyzing, project management of new and ongoing HR projects, and overall organizational support for employees and managers to drive business objectives. We are looking for a well-rounded professional who is motivated by rolling up their sleeves to drive the HR function to manage the tactical duties as well as contribute in a meaningful way to our emerging strategies as we expand globally.   

This role has an in-office requirement of 3 days a week in our Dublin, CA office. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Performance management discussions & lifecycle management with first and second line managers 
  • Provide coaching and being a thought partner for first and second line managers 
  • Conduct check-ins with the business to be proactive in maintaining overall culture 
  • Support HRBP during rhythm of the business activities such as Annual Merit Review, QBRs, and Quarterly calibrations 
  • Assist HRBP on Manager & Employee trainings 
  • Point of contact for exit interviews for voluntary terminations 
  • Partner with HRBP organization on organizational changes, talent management, and succession planning 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement 
  • Manages special projects as assigned in a broad range of areas, as business needs arise.   
  • Provide necessary communications with employees to resolve the issue and communicate results/findings.   
  • Ability to manage sensitive data 
  • Create and maintain development and maintenance of policies and best practices 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 5+ years Related Experience in an HR Role & Environment 
  • Strong working knowledge of HR Technology, preferably Workday (HCM), HR Acuity and ServiceNow. 
  • Experience in handling performance management issues throughout the lifecycle including termination conversations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate.   
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.  
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities.  
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities. 
  • Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude toward innovation and change.  
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.  
  • Highly self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently / remotely and prioritize workload, but also work collaboratively and effectively with other team members.  
  • Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging the status quo.
