The mission of the Developer Relations & Community team at Snowflake is to win the hearts and minds of millions of builders (app developers, data engineers, machine learning engineers). As a program manager in the Developer Relations & Community team, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams and customers to grow the programs to help us achieve this mission.  

AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL :

  • Lead the creation of technical resources (such as video youtube series, medium blog, tutorials, demos etc.) by utilizing our sales engineers, product team, marketing engineering team, and customer community. 
  • Bootstrap programs in ambiguous areas. This requires managing multiple cross-organizational and external interdependencies.
  • Become the go-to escalation point for execution, drive visibility across the program, and orchestrate integrations across your programs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop best practices and processes in a quickly-changing environment, drive impact through deployment of tool and adoption of those processes
  • Identify and measure KPIs for programs 

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE :

  • 3+ years of project management experience in scaling complex programs especially around technical resources for technical audiences 
  • Experience working cross functionally with marketing, engineering, product management, and other functions 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills via blogs and email updates for technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills. 
  • Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
  • BS degree in related fields or equivalent practical experience.
