Snowflake’s CRM organization is seeking a  Sr. Salesforce CPQ BSA to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build business applications and design features to improve the reliability of our applications and systems. As the Sr. Salesforce CPQ BSA you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production.

To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or related platforms, with a proven track record in both technical proficiency and business process optimization
• You have a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract) and supporting technologies (Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud)
• Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
• A solid understanding of Salesforce integrations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce CPQ and  also mentor the Salesforce team
• You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches
• Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities
• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
• Supports PM with project(s) updates.
• Act as a subject matter expertise for the assigned areas/groups and train the new team members
