General Responsibilities:
• Participate for managing and implementing the compensation and benefits for the organization.
• Ensure that company’s compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Conduct market analysis and research by participating in salary surveys to support compensation decisions (experience with Radford a plus).
• Assist in the management of health, welfare and wellness programs, and the defined contribution retirement plan.
• Ensure all benefit plans comply with applicable local regulations laws.
• Prepare and submit all government-mandated benefit related reports.
• Respond to employee benefit inquiries.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Provide ad hoc reports as needed by the business.
• Participate in the annual compensation planning activities and administration of the annual merit and bonus award calculations.
• Audit 401(k) deductions and prepare 401(k) reports.
• Process and reconcile benefit billings and invoices.
• Prepare data for benefit renewals.

General Requirements:
• Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid change and multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of the team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business administration, human resources, or related field of study or equivalent experience.
• Human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms preferred.
