Rebate Analyst

SonicWall is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, results-driven Rebate Analyst to play a key role in a fast-growing company in the field of cyber security. We are building a world-class finance team that will help the company be successful while focusing on creating a dynamic, fulfilling as well as fun work environment!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform the rebate compliance verification, rate calculation, data validation and payment processing
  • Work with external customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes in a timely manner
  • Responsible for sending rebates clawback claims to distributor customers
  • Perform month end reconciliations and rebates reporting
  • Work with IT in rebate dashboard validation and other automation projects
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
  • Effectively interact with various key internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Customers, Revenue, IT, Sales Finance, Sales, A/R, Cash application, Order Management, A/P, etc.)
  • Assist with special ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • 2+ years of related experiences in high tech industry
  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in internal and external customer service
  • Good analytical/problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required
  • Proficiency in English communication skills (writing and spoken)
  • Multi-task in a deadline intensive environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated and quick learner
