What is a Partnerships Account Manager @ SpotHero? 

Partnerships Account Manager is a role on our marketing team that will be responsible for managing the success of our large-scale partnerships.

 

Role and responsibilities:

  • Own the account management for large-scale partnerships, including implementation, optimizations, growth strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations for partnerships including reporting, analysis, billing, and other core partner responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with our analytics teams to ensure we have the proper data to measure the success of our partnerships.
  • Work with the event vertical team to ensure parking operations are streamlined.
  • Collaborate with the brand team on branded assets and ensure they follow the partners guidelines.
  • Identify ways in which we can automate and/or create efficiencies to streamline and scale partnership operations.
  • Represent your clients’ interests internally.

  • You are organized. You have great follow through on tasks and superior attention to detail.
  • You're diligent and don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • You are self-motivated. You are responsible for the success of these partnerships, so you need to be driven by the excitement of helping grow the SpotHero brand.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or marketing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships
  • Experience with Affiliate Marketing programs or similar adTech
  • Analytical experience with reporting and data analysis, including pivot tables
