Spreetal is looking for a proven product leader to shape the future of our Merchandising Technology portfolio and drive meaningful business impact. In this role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for workflow engineering, AI-enabled solutions, and human-in-the-loop capabilities while leading a talented cross-functional team of SDMs, engineers, and designers. You’ll have direct ownership of outcomes that fuel GMV growth and EBITDA improvements, with the opportunity to influence how technology transforms ecommerce at scale. How you will achieve success:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of SDMs, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions within the Merch Tech portfolio.
  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for workflow engineering, AI productization, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes by enabling GMV growth and EBITDA improvements through innovative technology.
  • Prioritize and manage a high-velocity portfolio, optimizing 4–8 high-output resources to maximize business impact.
  • Own end-to-end accountability for Merch Tech outcomes, including roadmap execution, product adoption, and financial performance.

    • What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles driving strategy and execution.
  • Deep expertise in ecommerce and digital marketplaces, with a proven record of P&L ownership delivering measurable financial impact (GMV, EBITDA).
  • Successful track record shipping AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or attribution models.
  • Strong collaborator with engineering and design, adept at balancing technical and UX tradeoffs while influencing stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or platform products preferred, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
